Shannon Noelle Green

Shannon Noelle Green is an actress, director, writer/editor, and educational psychologist. She holds a B.A. in Theatre and Italian from Wellesley College and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from ASU. Shannon has studied and trained with the British American Drama Academy & Royal Shakespeare Company in London and Oxford, England and became eligible in 2015 for SAG-AFTRA. Shannon is a native Phoenician who has successfully commingled her work in the arts with educational psychology. She has taught in various high schools and universities while working as an actor, theatre director, and freelance writer/editor. Shannon Noelle Green was a 2022 AriZoni Theatre Awards Nominee for Director of her production, A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder, at Scottsdale Community College. Shannon also directed Arizona’s premiere production of The Lighting Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical in 2021, along with Clue: The Musical in 2022 (SCC). Shannon has appeared in Please Tell Me I’m Adopted! TV/Web-series comedy, Season 1: Episode 5 starring Marion Ross (Mrs. Cunningham from “Happy Days”). Around the Valley, some of her favorite roles include Patsy in Patsy’s Bridal Shower at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in Mesa; Raising Arizona Kids Report: Channel 12 News/Television; All in the Timing at the Herberger Lunchtime Theatre; and Annie in The Norman Conquests: Round & Round the Garden at Desert Foothills Theatre. Shannon relishes the “drama” in her everyday life as the grateful mother of two sons; the family of three resides in Phoenix with two birds and one dog.
