Classically trained, Annie has played roles from Shakespeare to Tennessee Williams, in addition to more contemporary roles here at The Studio. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (NY) and The Shakespeare Institute (UK), and has featured in productions in New York, Chicago, England, Arizona, and even Mexico. Some of her favorite past roles include: Linda in Rathmines Road (Theatre Artists Studio), Caterina in A Taming of A Shrew (by Anonymous; The Players Co., UK), Carol Cutrere in Orpheus Descending (New Jersey Shakespeare Festival), and Gwendolyn in The Importance of Being Earnest (Canyon Moon Theatre). She is very excited to feature in the Studio’s upcoming production of A Delicate Balance, and she will be making her professional directorial debut with Tim Ashby’s Unretouched in the 22-23 Studio Season! She keeps busy by day as the Drama teacher at Veritas Preparatory Academy, where she directs at least 8 Shakespeare and modern classic productions per year.
