Our Facility

The Studio facility comprises 8,000 square feet with two stages. The production stage (top left and center) is a circular thrust designed to capture the imagination of our audience.  Seating for public productions is limited to a total of 96 persons, divided into three sections, each tiered in four rows. This intimate design and setting allow audience members to feel they are a part of the story unfolding onstage. 

 

Workshops and member group activities are held on the rectangular thrust stage (top right). Seating is informal and flexible, designed to meet the needs of acting classes, voice instruction, writers group meetings and other activities.

 

Facility Rental

The Studio venue is available for rent by business and nonprofit groups.   It includes a 4100 square foot lobby ideal for registration or display tables, a 20-foot round Main Stage with audience seating for 100, a 12 x 24 foot back stage which can be used for lectures, meetings, receptions or parties.  There are two lavatories, a separate wing for actors with two dressing rooms and private lavatory, a fully equipped lighting and sound booth. Additional equipment available for rental includes microphones, a slide and video projector and a Breman upright piano.  There is abundant free parking. The Studio is handicap accessible and within walking distance to many restaurants. The Studio is zoned for a total occupancy o  274.

Rental requirements: Proof of Insurance (Certificate of Public Liability Insurance), signed rental contract or letter of agreement, non-refundable 50% deposit upon contract signing to hold the space with the balance due 10 days prior to date of use.  The space cannot be subdivided.
