After retiring from education, she worked as a Real-Time Voice Captioner and became involved in acting again, appearing in theaters across the Valley, including Stage Left Productions, Ghostlight Theater, Starlight Community Theater, Theatre Artists Studio, Pandora Festival, Almost Famous Theatre Company and the Herberger’s Lunchtime Theater in plays by James Garcia and Larissa Brewington. Carol has also appeared in numerous student and Independent films as can be seen on her IMDB.com profile. From 2005-09, Carol served on the Board of the ariZoni Theater Awards for Excellence, and is currently Program Director for Kids’ Day at the Phoenix Film Festival and serves on the board of Theatre Artists Studio.
