Creating a Show Guest List

First step is to log onto the Wix admin site. Once logged in you should see something like this:
In left ^ menu scroll over Events and click on option Published.
The next event should be at the top of the list. At the bottom of each event, it tells you how many days until the event (should say 1 or 0) followed by a link that says See who’s on the guest list. Click on that.

You can leave this page up to check in guests as they arrive. By clicking on the > in right column you can see all ticket details. At the top of the list, you will see the icon to Export. Click on it.

Now go to the Registrations page on the website. Click on Get Guest Lists link in the top right of the page. It will take you to a spreadsheet on The Studio’s Google drive. If there is already data on the spreadsheet it’s probably from an earlier event or not up to date.

Highlight all the rows with data in them below the header row and delete them.

It should now look like this. You should then click on the top left cell of the spreadsheet.

Then, from the top of the spreadsheet, click on File and select Import from the dropdown list.

It’s important to follow these instructions carefully. When the Import File screen appears, select Upload.

When this screen appears, select Browse.

And then find your Download directory on your computer.

Where do I find my Downloads on my Mac?
You can easily access the Downloads folder from Finder's sidebar.
If you don't see it under Favorites, go to Finder > Preferences, and turn it on in the Sidebar tab.
You can also quickly get to it from Go > Downloads (Option+Command+L).

And click on the csv file you downloaded earlier from the Event page in manage Wix.

When the Import File window pops up, scroll down on the Import location drop down menu and select Replace data at selected cell option before pressing Import Data.

The latest Guest List should now be on the spreadsheet and you can sort by ticket type or price or name before printing it. Be sure not to include the header row when sorting. Just sort the range of rows below row 1.
