Marney Austin - actor, producer, director
Marney is an award-winning actress from Texas, where she won Houston's Best Actress Award. After being involved in theatre in Texas for over 10 years, she moved to Australia and then Singapore. In both countries she performed, directed and produced shows. She also set up a company in Singapore to provide corporate and private entertainment while performing on stage. Marney moved back to the U.S. in 1992 and since then has opened two companies - Arizona Performing Arts and Murder Ink Productions - to provide corporate and private entertainment to companies in the Southwestern U.S. She has also performed on stage in Phoenix as Martha in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? and at The Studio as Phoebe in sudZ, the Musical, as the Snow Queen in Father Christmas and the Snow Queen and as Sarah Jane in Help, I'm Down as part of the 2010 New Summer Shorts program.
