Terry Youngren Hanson – technical, writer
Although Terry came to the Theatre Artists Studio to assist with Technical Operations, she soon embraced the opportunities that The Studio offers; acting and singing classes, as well play writing workshops with both Richard Warren and Hal Corley. Having always wanted to write, the workshops led to the creation of several short plays. Collision was featured in the 2010 Summer Shorts and A Face in the Mirror will be performed in The New Play Series at The Studio in 2011. Terry is very grateful for the ongoing mentoring of fellow member Hal Corley, and for the help of the Writer’s Circle and talented Studio actors in bringing her stories to life. Terry is a very familiar face in the Studio booth providing sound design, stage management, lighting execution and overall production support to any challenge that arises during the season. Terry is also a talented web designer, serving as webmaster for The Studio and working professionally in the private sector.
