Karen Stanley Burns – actor, dancer
Karen is a professional actor and dancer with numerous film, television and theater credits to her name. She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the Association of Film, Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA). Her television credits include recurring roles on The Young and the Restless and Santa Barbara, a guest performance on Crime Watch and as a featured performer in several music videos. Her work can be seen in the films A Chorus Line, Midnight Cabaret and Waiting to Act. Karen has worked as a Rockette at NYC’s Radio City Music Hall, with the Los Angeles Actor’s Co-Op, the Sacramento Music Theatre and appeared Off-Broadway as Henry in I’m Hungry, Do You Hear Me? Locally, she has appeared with Theater Works and was a part of Night of the Iguana at Nearly Naked Theatre. She is also a classical pianist, singer, published author, puppeteer and teacher.
